The Australian Academy of English Studies (AAES) has been organising study tours since 1999. AAES specialises in study tours for business people, government officials, university students, preservice teachers, teachers, and university staff. We also specialise in Christian programs. AAES has experienced, well-qualified, and caring staff who organise programs to meet the needs of your group.

Does AAES just teach English?
AAES runs English study-tour programs but can also organise and manage conferences, seminars and specialised workshops. AAES can design conferences and seminars for businesses or institutions with Australian academics and business people who are experts in their field.

What style of accommodation does AAES organise?
Guests can stay in hotel-style accommodation to suit your budget or with homestay families for further development of the English language and a greater understanding of Australian culture. Any accommodation is selected personally by AAES staff to ensure high standards.

Where is AAES located?
Although AAES runs programs in different locations, AAES is mainly located in beautiful northern New South Wales area and on the Gold Coast (Queensland). Indeed, one, two or three-week programs can be organised in Brisbane, New South Wales, the Gold Coast, or the Sunshine Coast, depending on availability. The most popular programs have been held on the Gold Coast.

Does AAES organise excursions?
AAES has a range of excursions (field trips) that incorporate English language skills. AAES will organise excursions to places of interest that allow you to experience the culture, scenery and wildlife of Australia. For example, a study tour located on the Gold Coast can include excursions to: Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast beaches, Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, Sea World, A local school, Pacific Fair, Byron Bay and other great Australian locations.
AAES can also design excursions to suit the interests of your group.

What does an AAES study tour include?
An AAES study tour includes:
- Transport to and from the airport;
- All accommodation costs;
- All meals (however, this depends on the study tour selected as programs with excursions do not include meals)
- All educational costs (such as English classes and/or conferences, seminars);
- All excursion costs, including transportation and entry fees.

What are the requirements?
AAES caters for groups with a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 30 per group. Basic English language proficiency is a minimum requirement. You will also need to purchase your own return airfare and have your own travel insurance.
